Genesys - AI Voice bot

Hello All -

I am creating a voice ai assistant. Genesys is provider. When i do the configuration, it works well. and Testing form the Designer page works well. but when i try to call form Genesys console, it says .."... please upgrade from trial number and immediately it says , welcome to Twilio.. and" getting disconnected.. this weird when i use Genesys, it goes as Twilio and getting disconnected. While i scout, i found one system property - sn_voice_test_ui.softphone_websocket, which point to Twilio URL , even i changed this URL to Genesys URL , but no luck, is it something bug with tool (..I assume) or my configuration ( this is straight forward and nothing much i need to do), any help will highly appreciated. @Victor Chen @navyapandir

Thanks , i got this fixed. I removed the link wrongly generated, so it connected as Twilio. Secondly, i have increased the call duration and idle time in the configuration, due to system delay, my call got connected after 10 seconds, so increased this to 15 seconds . this fixed my issues.
