Hi All,
we have created one schedule job through flow designer on approval table. When the request is raised the approval is triggered to the approver and here when the approver is inactive then the approval should be assigned to his manager and if the manger is also inactive the approval task should be assigned to the manager's manager and then, if that manager is also inactive then a notification should be sent to the person with details like RITM number one side and inactive approvers on the other side in the notification. Now can anyone help me how can we get the required details mentioned above.
