In the Service Portal, the search function does not return results.

Hello experts,

Greetings!!!

 

The search bar produces no results. When I try to look for Catalog items via the search box, it does not work as planned.

Hi @Krishna142 ,

 

On your portal check if the search source are added properly , inorder to search catalog item make sure your portal search source has catalog item added to it. 

 

also check if your search is configured properly to return results...

 

Go to the portal record in which the user is searching (sp_portal record). You can get this based on URL suffix. In the catalog field in this record, make sure that the catalog item that you are searching for is present in the catalog that is configured here.
