Giving users to access retired articles without knowledge Admin role

Hi,

I have to provide users access to articles that have been retired. However, access to the retired articles is restricted to knowledge admins only.
I don't feel considering giving the user the knowledge admin role. Since, it will provide them to modify all the articles without checking out.

Is there anyone that can help with this problem?

Hi @Mani A,

I have tried creating a custom role called knowledge_read_only and created a ACL for read operation for knowledge retired condition.

Assigned that role to the user and added the role in the can Read User Criteria and the user already has Itil role.

But, still the user couldn’t access retired articles.
