GRC Classic Attestation Form

Hi Community,

I have a requirement related to the GRC Attestation form. As you know, the form includes an "Attach Evidence" field. I want to apply a condition so that only specific file types (e.g., PDF) can be uploaded through this field — other formats should not be accepted.

Has anyone implemented such a restriction before, or is there a recommended approach to enforce file type validation for attachments in ServiceNow?

Thank you for taking the time to look into this issue. I went through the article you shared, but it doesn't seem to address how to restrict the file types in the Attach Evidence field on the Attestation form.
