help needed to access CSM admin guided

i am trying to follow this instruction but kept getting error. :

 

Security constraints prevent viewing this page once i clicked on guided setup 

 

i have admin role and sn_customerservice.customer_admin but nothing seems to be loading 

 

  1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Administration > Guided Setup and click Get Started.
  2. In the Fix External User Role Assignment category, click Get Started and then click Avoid such role assignments in future.
  3. Set the glide.security.explicit_roles.enable_internal_user_blacklist property to true.

Can you please share an screenshot to explain where exactly you are getting the error & what kind of error?

 

Also do share, which ServiceNow version is it.

i am using Tokyo and this is the error. i am using admin account but some how the admin account is having this group tagged to it and i cannot remove it : snc_external
