i am trying to follow this instruction but kept getting error. :
Security constraints prevent viewing this page once i clicked on guided setup
i have admin role and sn_customerservice.customer_admin but nothing seems to be loading
- Navigate to All > Customer Service > Administration > Guided Setup and click Get Started.
- In the Fix External User Role Assignment category, click Get Started and then click Avoid such role assignments in future.
- Set the glide.security.explicit_roles.enable_internal_user_blacklist property to true.

Can you please share an screenshot to explain where exactly you are getting the error & what kind of error?
Also do share, which ServiceNow version is it.

i am using Tokyo and this is the error. i am using admin account but some how the admin account is having this group tagged to it and i cannot remove it : snc_external
