Please help with any ServiceNow doc on HI Support cases tickets related state changes and reminder notification timelines before they are auto closed by system if there are no further inputs received from customer either not accepting the solution or rejecting the solution and no further comments received cases

There is no Documentation for Support Cases as such available. You can try asking ServiceNow Executive assigned for your case.
