Hide fields on RP show fields on HR agent form

I am trying to change the view of dropdown options. I have 2 that need to only show on the HR Agent service details but not show on the record producer. Right now both are showing on RP and HR agent service

In which view you are creating this dropdown field if you are creating this field on default view it shows always so please make sure your form view should be correct.
