How can we auto-assign groups to a person who returns from leave/PTO?

Hello all,

I am looking for a solution on how to auto- assign the groups (HR mainly) of an existing user to their groups when he/she returns from leave/PTO. Do we have any OOTB solutions in the newly released versions or any changes that I should be making in the existing flows?
