how to disable the add to cart on the catalog form?

i have tried to select the option to hide the add to cart option and i have SP portal header menu to disable the shopping cart . they are all not working . i have tried to impersonate the user view , the shopping cart is still there

@chercm did you try "maintain cart layouts>>item ordering widget" as I suggested in above post?

Hi @chercm ,

 

Please refer the KB article from ServiceNow. The example here is for only delivery time field you can uncheck the additional fields as well which is not required as per your requirement. 

 

Service Catalog-->Maintain Cart Layouts--> Open item ordering widget (under Browser widget)

Now scroll down to widget Macros tab & deactivate all except the 5th one where it says order now. Refer below image

After this refresh your catalog item page & check.

 

Note it will be applied globally for all catalog items.
