How to edit and resize variables in variable section of record producer

In my requirement, align variables variables and need to add more variables in this section as mentioned below image.

just like in this alignment and need to add from site, to site, from campus, to campus these fields need to add in variable section. 

Marked in red below should be resized and there is no need of label "Selected"
