Hi Everyone,

The helpful yes/no button below all articles are not available in my instance.

Attaching screenshot on what i would like to achieve.

I referred some product documentations, and it was mentioned to install the plugin which I already installed.
Also tried finding some system properties which i could able to get them shown in the sys_properties. What am i missing here?

Thank you in advanced.

How to set up Knowledge Feedback and Knowledge Feedback Task

1) Ctrl + Right Click and see Instance Options

2) See if somebody added some CSS to hide that row itself

Check if this property is true -> glide.knowman.show_yn_rating

This should be marked as true I believe

I can now see the Helpful with Yes / No widget.

One more thing. Can i change the colors of the buttons? Like when i click on Yes, it should highlight the Yes button. But in my instance, it doesn't highlight, instead a blink happens and shows a "Thank you for your response" at top.
Should I be modifying the widget?

@Kvb Kiran

you can clone the OOTB widget, make changes to it and then add it again to that page.
