How to fetch csv file from data lake and create records in RITM table through integration servicenow

Hi everyone!!

I am new to integration and no idea on how and what to do in integration. I have a requirement to fetch the csv file from datalake and create records in RITM table in servicenow. Can you please help me with the steps to be followed

Can you please also let me know what kind of details do i need to get from data lake team to start integration from servicenow side.
