Update Set - catalog item

Hi,

I have created a catalog item and the associated work flow with out creating an update set. Can you advice me the easier way to capture all the development activity(catalog item varaibles, catalog client scripts etc..) in the update set

Hi Bellala,

You can create an update set and once done  check for entries sys_update_xml table and update the local update set name accordingly with your update set name to push required entries in an update set.

I understand. You can create a new update set and navigate to the table and update the update set name for the required line items from sys_update_xml table.

Hi,

Did you not have the update set when you created the catalog and variables etc?

If you didnt, Now you need to make an update on each record (with the update set created and marked as your current update set)

I would recommend, just deactivate all variables in the list view in one go , and thenm make it all active back again. It will put it in the update set.

For the catalog item do the same.

Make sure you don't forger the choices any of your variables is a drop down.
