Does anyone have any suggestion on how to get the impersonate option in business portal.

By default esc portal have this feature which is for internal employees,agents...etc
If it is customer or consumer portal or business portal, it is not best practise and we tried to convinced business however I had implemented this for B2B by cloning employee center header widget and did changes according to business requirements.
in csm portal
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
