How to hide a specific issue category from Virtual Agent chat?

I want to hide the specific issue category option from the virtual agent chat. Can you please anyone suggest how to remove or hide the specific issue category form the chat options?

@Baskarank is this a OOB topic ? if yes you will have to duplicate it and check how choices are bing displayed here. Mostly it is showing choices from some table field using choice component in VA.

If it is custom, you can script in your component to exclude required choices.
