How to hide the declarative ui action based on url , such as sow it is vsible and cmdb (not visible)

you can try to create action exclusion

any custom or OOB Ui action (New) Because by default it is visible in CMDB workspace as well SOW . I just want to enable the visibility only in sow workspace.
