How to notify users about the network outages

Your customer would like to create a new template to notify users who are affected by network outages at their site. Which module would you use to create a new notification?

• A. System Notification > Email > Notifications
• B. Administration > Notification Overview
• C. System Properties > Email > Settings
• D. User Preferences > Email > Notifications
• E. Click Gear > Notifications > New

Outage notifications are created under System Notification > Email > Notifications.
In a PDI, you can also observe that there are a few OOB notifications already configured for outages. Please refer to the screenshot below for reference.

And for creating new templates in notifications, you can navigate to System Notification > Email > Templates.

The correct answer is A. System Notification > Email > Notifications. I think this is the module you'll use to create the new template for your users.
