I'm facing issue with attachments on the Incident form
The problem:
I have an incident with attachments. When I log in as a ServiceNow admin, I can see and access all the attachments without any problem.
However, when I impersonate or have a few users check the same incident, they cannot see the attachments. The attachment icon was there and cannot see the attachments.
What could be causing some users to not see attachments on an incident record?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
