I have an excel file containing categories, subcategories, scope, type, service/Application and assignment group. I want to populate this excel file to serviceNow PDI so that when I create new incident I can select categories and their subcategories and automatically assign to the group according to the excel file. I dont know in which table I have to upload this excel file. Can u guyzz help with that or any documentation or tutorial video related to this ?

Hi @admin8375 ,
I can provide the example for Categories.
You can open the Category variable of incident form like below.
then open the choices in a new tab like below by right click on choices and select open in new window
It will open the choices in new tab. You can right click on any column and select import like below
It will open below window and there you can select 'Create Excel template'. It will export the file.
You can go to the Page1 of that downloaded file and insert your data and save the file.
After that, you can go to the same list view of choices and click on 'Import XML' and upload the file. It will add your data into category choices.
Similarly, you can go with other fields.
Please mark this response as correct or helpful if it assisted you with your question.
Best Regards,
