How to redirect knowledge article link in VA Agent search result to current instance

Hello,

 

I wanted to know how to redirect knowledge article link in VA Agent search result to current instance.

 

When I search for a query in Virtual agent I get list of knowledge articles and catalog items. Now when I click on any knowledge article or catalog item it takes me to a different page usually it will be the same instance link for knowledge article view or catalog item. In my scenario it is retiring to different instance link and displaying access denied due to security constraints page. Enclosed here with Screenshots. Please advise. Thank you.
