Hi all,
I have a requirement for virtual agent.
I want to change to icon for all the catalog items on virtual agent.
They should have the same logo but it should affect the sc_catalog_item table in the backend as that would change the entire portal view.
What can be done for setting same logo for all catalog items only in virtual agent chat ?
