@Ashok59 - "Dynamic Greetings", the delivered topic, has an outage notification.https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-it-service-management/page/product/itsm-virtual-agent/refere...You just need to swap out this greeting for your current greeting in your Conversational Experience.
