How to use 2 Virtual Agent bots on mobile?

Hi everyone,

 

I've got a problem... I have 2 bots configured. 1 for Incidents and other for HR Cases.

When the user opens a conversation with IT bot (Incidents) if he had a conversation open with the HR bot (HR Cases) the HR bot would close his conversation and vice-versa.

 

In my mobile app, I want to use the IT bot under the launcher screen IT and the HR bot under the launcher screen HR.

 

How can I achieve this?
