Amount of Templates that can be created

In ITSM, is there a maximum amount of templates an operator can create?

There shouldn't be any limit, but as best practice you can keep it lower for practicality.

As such there is no limit on template creation.

To create template , operator must have any of following role:

• template_editor
• template_editor_group
• template_editor_global

I am not sure where your question is going.
As pointed out by @Naveen20 and @Tanushree Maiti there is no technical limit (other than the database storage..)

However, there is a practical limit - since the templates are stored flat, it very soon becomes unpractical to use them.

I think some kind of category system is long overdue, there might even be the odd idea about this.
