Hi community,
In the HR Agent Workspace (the field comment under compose) contains possibilities to change te lettertype or Bold, cursive, underline.
When the comment is send, the user gets an email and the case is visible for the user on the Service Portal (My requests).
The email contains the lettertype/underline/bold etc etc.
On the Portal (My requests), Underline/Bold/Cursive are visible but the lettertype has not changed ?
Is there a solution for this, or is this being updated in any release (ex. Washinghton) and when is the update expected.
