HR Case Priority

We have seen associates be able to change the priority on an HR case after submission. Is anyone aware of how this can be achieved? We want to ensure cases that should not be escalated are not changed to critical priority

Hello @opurpura 

If you want to place a restriction on priority field you can create a before BR and abort the action accordingly.
