HR case - While submitting the HR case, the attached document is not getting attached to the HR case

The attachment issue was resolved by updating the script.

"new global.VariableUtil().copyAttachment(producer.<variableName>,'<tableName>', current.sys_id);"

However, the same script is being used for another record producer with the same issue, but it is not working there.

Attachments  are not showing in HR case comments and work note, in description it is updating with variable name and attached file name, check below image
