I am trying to export all closed cTask and after export I am unable to find cTask belong to standard change or normal change or emergency change. Can we add change type field on cTask form and popualate change type? So that I can export the cTask easily.

Are you using a simple list export? Consider creating a list report instead. There you can include dot-walked fields (such as change_request.type) to the list.
