I cannot able to edit Author field on published knowledge articles

I cannot able to change/update Author field on Published articles even after I updated "glide.knowman.versioning.minor_edit_fields" system property. Could someone please help me what is the issue.

Even I updated the system property then as well, I cannot able to modify.
