Hi,
We are having catalog item 'annual' and I'm creating other catalog item 'Study' and we are copying 'Annual' flow in 'Study' catalog item only difference is we are not using some action in 'Study' flow. When I'm changing catalog item name from 'Annual' to 'Study' it is showing warning message and not able to change that catalog item name in flow action.
After copying flow
Trying to change
Can anyone please help me to fix that.
Regards,
Nivedita

Hello @niveditakumari
The issue seems to be with retrieving catalog variables. Please remove the existing setup and re-add the action using the Annual Leave catalog item template. Ensure that only the fields present in the catalog item are included.
Occasionally, a warning message appears due to copying the catalog item, as the previously used template was different.

Hello @niveditakumari
The warning appears because the copied flow still references variables and configurations tied to the original catalog item (Annual). To fix this, update the Template Catalog Items and Variable Sets in the Get Catalog Variables action to the new catalog item (Study). Remove unused variables or actions not required for Study and revalidate the flow to resolve any remaining issues. Finally, test the flow to ensure it works as expected for the Study catalog item.
Hope this helps!
