I'm not able to change ticket counter

Hello expert,
I've tried to reset the ticket number counter but I seems couldn't see the option to do that.
Currently I have set prefix as IR follow with number. Now we are at IR10033. How to reset it to:
1. 001 again
2. How to set from IR10001 to IR0001

Check the number maintenance table, reduce the digit and test.

I have tried this but not the solution I want. If you look below, the incident I want to create has IR10060 as ticket number. How to reset this to start number again? To IR0001.
