Hello All, I dont see any OOB approach to link the ownership group in the approval records. I am aware of the solution of creating a custom field that gets updated every time the approval is generated from the KB article(either from Workflow or Business Rule). But, I am still curious if there are OOB ways to do it.
Are your knowledge bases split by domain tower? or is the domain tower the ownership group?
If the intention is to display a list of outstanding approvals, and the associated article, then a database view could be used to display the approval record information and the knowledge article information in the same view
