I want to implement E2T (on based on specific requirement)

(team 1)
User1 from team1 is sending mail on instance mail id and ticket is generated and assigned to their support team.(on specific category and subcategory)

 

(team 2)
User2 from team2 is sending mail on instance mail id and ticket is generated and assigned to their support team.

we are differentiating users by a source field and issue is this that if team 1 want to created and ticket for team 2 then we are not able to create ticket for team 2

Community, we need a solution to implement this kind of requirements. Any guidance will be helpful in fulfilling the requirement.
