“In SOW(service operational workspace) problem record, when we click the Accept Risk button, a popup appears. In that popup, there is a Primary Known Error Article field, and we need to make this field mandatory. On the main form, the same field exists, but it should not be mandatory there. It should only become mandatory when the Accept Risk button is clicked and the popup is displayed.” the below image is in SOW,we need to show field "Primary Known Error Article " in the popup below the resolution code and it should be mandatory also. In native UI it is working fine. I have attached UI ACTION button image and classic UI problem image in the below.

it comes from the form action in workspace
it picks up this view which I highlighted
So ensure you apply the correct view in your UI policy
Also ensure you add that Field on form view

Hello @Srilatha Vadlam
First of all, the modal which is showcased on SOW workspace should be aligned by getting the field you required. This is view [SOW Problem Accept Risk Modal] actually so on that view just configure form by using form layout, once field is visible then setup a Ui Policy as mentioned in earlier post and view select the view where new field has been brought and your mandatory thing will work.
If my response has helped you, hit the helpful button, and if your concern is solved, do mark my response as correct.
Thanks & Regards
Viraj Hudlikar.
