In the incident form under Related Search Results we would need to add a Related Search field

Hi All.

 

In the incident form under Related Search Results we would need to add a Related Search field, as of now it not showing "related search ) in under Related Search Results. please refer the below reference it showing only Related Search Results but its now showing  Related Search field,
