Inactive User Count is visible in Subscription Allocation

Hello,

 

The inactive users have been removed from the system and also from the ITIL subscribed group. However, the User IDs and count are still visible in the Subscription Allocation Portal in ServiceNow. Is there a way to update that Subscription Allocation Portal  with the new count?

Create a case with ServiceNow or reach out to your Sales or ServiceNow Account Manager since this is a licensing issue
