Integrated chatGPT with Virtual agent but not getting result

Hello experts,

 

I am trying to do one interesting thing but its not working. First look at the below image:

I was trying to achieve something which I saw as a feature in MS Teams. Based on the latest reply an agent provides in chat, I want to populate three responses as three dynamic choices. when the user selects one of them, it should be posted in the chat.

Now this ChatGPT Responses is a dynamic choice option, under user inputs. There is a script running which is perfectly generating the responses but they are not showing on the chat window as a popup. I think its not working because while chatting, I am still staying on "Connect to Live Agent" action.

 

Is there any solution to this please? Kindly suggest if anyone finds this interesting.

Unfortunately this is not going to work. It's indeed what you are mentioning already yourself, your topic is on the Connect to Live Agent step. So this is just a design issue you've introduced.
