On our ServiceNow Dashboard, we are using an Interactive Filter to select weeks. The expectation is that when a week is selected, the Request Items and Incidents displayed should update accordingly — filtered by that week and grouped per resource.

However, the reports are currently not showing data week-wise per resource. Instead, they seem to be static or not responding to the filter as expected.

How can we configure the dashboard so that the Interactive Filter (weeks) dynamically updates the Request Items and Incidents reports per resource for the selected week?

Any guidance on setting up the reports or configuring the filter correctly would be appreciated.
