Interactive Filters - Search by name OR email

We're trying to create an Interactive Filter which allows an agent to search by name or email. We have created a filter which references the sys_user table with interactive filter references to Incident > caller_id and Request Item > requested_for.

It works when searching by name, how do we configure to allow searching via email?

As far as I recall this is not possible.
