Is giving chat_analytics_viewer role to users recommended to view Virtual Agent Analytics Dashboard

To access Virtual Agent Analytics Dashboard to ITIL users giving chat_analytics_viewer role is best practice or not.

Without giving ITIL users are not able to access dashboard and getting below error.

 

403 you don't have permission to access this page
