Dear Community members,
Major incident Workbench has "Post Incident Report" Tab.
As per OOO Major Incident Plugin this tab has 3 predefined attributes - Overview, Findings and Resolution (sreenshot1). However we would like to have more additional sections, available on Incident table (Resolution Notes, Resolution Code, Probable Cause, Business impact) as per sreenshot2.

Hi @Mantautas ,
Unfortunately, you can't customize because the workbench code is located in a script include that is completely locked down as read-only by ServiceNow. and we cannot change the code of the internal java layer which is used for rendering of the major incident workbench.

We can't edit the workbench because that code is located in script include and that script include is Read only. If you want the customization in workbench you may need to raise High ticket to ServiceNow.

Seems like this is still an incomplete feature in Yokahama. The inability to customize MIM continues to be a big weakness. MIM has room for lots of improvements and its still far behind competitors like Exigence.

Hey there all, I've been having a look at this recently and it seems that MIM Workbench is now available in the Service Operations workspace and is therefore configurable.
You can now go to the Configurations under the Service Operations Workspace application menu and set it up. When an Incident has been promoted you can then see the Communications, Playbook etc for MIM.
