Is it possible to update the background color of the square button which allows us to hold the link (highlighted area). Also is it possible to add a text "click to begin survey" .

I am not sure will this be done from our end or ms teams admin side? I am pretty sure this is impossible but I would still like to know if there is a way

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

I don't think so; however, I haven't tried any custom MS Teams adaptive cards. There are a lot of limitations on styling cards in MS Teams, according to my last conversation with ServiceNow Support (July 2024). Thank you!

If my response was helpful, please consider selecting "Accept as Solution" and marking it as "Helpful." This not only supports my efforts but also benefits the community.

Hi @PriyanshuVerma1,

I hope this message finds you well!

We encountered a similar requirement and discovered that there is code restricting this Change in ServiceNow. I raised a support ticket with ServiceNow, and their response confirmed that this Change is currently not feasible. Additionally, there is no role from the MS Teams admin side for this purpose.

If my response was helpful, please consider selecting "Accept as Solution" and marking it as "Helpful." This not only supports my efforts but also benefits the community.

Best regards,

Can we use MS Teams adaptive cards for this?
