Hii
Iam a Change Management team, and doing setup our tools service snow,
i want to ask, is the risk asessment is mandatory at emergency change or only normal change?
currently condition we use emergency change, for any retro activity emergency need action not waiting administration, submit retro emergency change after the activity has been done

By default, ServiceNow allows emergency changes to bypass certain steps (like risk assessment) to expedite critical fixes. However, this is configurable.
Normal Changes: Risk assessment is typically mandatory for normal/standard changes.
