Is there a way to customize greeting message content of virtual agent in Microsoft teams bot.

I have integrated ServiceNow with Microsoft Teams bot. We are planning to use this bot only for approvals and should not have any other functionality. Is there a way to customize greeting message of virtual agent in Microsoft teams bot? This should not effect the virtual agent chat in portal. 

I am thinking of two options here.

1. Completely remove the select topic dropdown and customize the greeting message. I want to remove the red section marked in the below screenshot.

2. Disable the input box.

yes, it is Greetings topic. But if I do any changes there it will effect portal chat also, there should not be any changes to VA in portal
