Is there an official example with how ServiceNow should be represented according to CSDM in the CMDB

HI,

 

I'd like to confirm how ServiceNow should be represented in the CMDB according to the CSDM. I'd love to be able to document process or product owners inside the CMDB. Is there an example that I can see this done?
