issue when export records

I'm trying to export 2 records (data record not configuration record) and have put the filter but when the export complete it shows that zero records out of 2 are exported 
where the problem is?

I tried the custom staging table with two records for export, and it worked as expected. So, I think something is wrong with your settings. Thus, I request you raise a ServiceNow support ticket to get the RAC ASAP.

I think the problem comes from ACLs , I'll check this side.
