Hello All,
We are new to configuring Virtual Agent. here we are trying to Validate the logged-in user company to get the values.
for Example:
User 1 -- ABC Company
User 2 -- XYZ Company
steps to produce:
Based on the User Company below two lines should be executed.
1. When User 1 selects a password reset topic in VA, there should be an intent for resetting the password.
2. When User 2 selects a password reset topic in VA, we need to show another two intents.
Please help us to achieve.
