Dear all ,
There is a requirement to pull data from Computers table from Power BI to build a reports . For this i have created an API by navigating to Rest api explorer. In addition to this i have created user profile and added rest_api_explorer role but with this user account , they were unable to access computer data , Servicenow throwing error like user is not authorized to access cmdb_ci_computer table ,so do we need to provide ITIL to read data through API?
