Issues with Risk Assessment Projects

Has anyone ever seen this issue with Risk Assessment Projects? I am not able to select an entity or a RAM. The fields just do not show up under context. I can initiate a risk assessment through the scheduler but once the assessment is initiated it never loads. I have already repaired the plugins and that did not work.  Is there anything else I can do to fix this without needing a HI ticket?

This usually occurs due to broken data setup or access issues, rather than the UI.
Check that Entities and RAM records exist and are active in your instance.
Also, could you verify user roles for Risk Management and that the Risk Assessment Context mappings are configured correctly?
Try clearing the cache and testing in a new session/incognito.
If the assessment loads from the scheduler but not the UI, it often points to ACL or data integrity issues, which may require backend correction.
